How much will my applications cost?
The core purchase is $9.99 USD for one saved resume. The number of applications or exports does not add a per-use charge. These examples explain when a second purchase is needed:
- Apply to three jobs: purchase one resume, save a named version for each role, and export the tailored versions. One core purchase covers those edits and exports.
- Send PDF today and Word tomorrow: both formats, plus TXT and re-downloads, are included for the purchased resume.
- Keep a second independently saved resume: each separate resume needs its own purchase. Two core purchases at the current catalog price total $19.98 USD, before any checkout adjustments.

One payment covers one person’s saved resume while the service operates. The free checker, public Bio Link profile, and career resources remain available without purchasing an export. Publish your profile for free; visitors can download a PDF only after you purchase the linked resume and explicitly enable downloads.

What is free?
Build and edit a resume and inspect its watermarked preview before paying. The public resume checker, guides and example pages are free to use. Example DOCX downloads require sign-in; the cover letter template does not.
What does the one-time purchase include?
- Clean PDF, Word (DOCX) and TXT exports for one saved resume.
- Subsequent edits and exports for that purchased resume, with no per-export fee or subscription.
- All core templates, plus 20 named job versions and 20 separate automatic recovery points.
Each purchase covers one saved resume for one person. You can correct first and last names for 15 minutes after payment. Names then lock in the editor; other resume content remains editable.
Can I tailor my resume for different jobs?
Yes. Save a named job version before tailoring your purchased resume, restore it and export at no extra charge. Named versions stay until you explicitly delete or replace them. If you want multiple resumes saved separately in your account, each needs its own purchase.
Contact support about a genuine name correction or lawful name change. The editor lock does not remove applicable correction rights; see the product terms (opens in a new tab).
Does my purchase expire?
There is no scheduled expiry or recurring renewal. You can keep editing and exporting this purchased resume while the service operates. Keep important downloaded copies.
Can I copy or start over?
Duplicating creates a new unpaid draft whose exports need a separate purchase. To tailor applications within one purchase, use named job versions of your purchased resume. Resetting clears other content and formatting while preserving your name, purchase and named versions; a recovery point is saved first.
Do I need an account?
You can build, preview and pay as a guest. A guest purchase sends a receipt and a seven-day claim link to the checkout email so you can save access to an account. Link expiry does not cancel the purchase; request a fresh access link if needed. Signing in before purchase avoids the claim step and makes your resume accessible across devices.
What about Word exports and other tools?
PDF, Word and TXT are core purchased formats. Basic import, career letters, Bio Links and the rule-based checker are free tools. Review each output and follow the employer’s requested format.
Will I need to pay for future AI or review services?
Future AI assistance, human resume reviews and consultations, if introduced, will be optional and priced separately. You will see the price and scope before choosing to buy. They are not included in this purchase, and you will not need an add-on to keep editing or exporting your purchased resume. There is no subscription or automatic renewal for the core resume purchase.
