Yes. ChatGPT can help draft and revise your wording and supports document workflows subject to plan and tool limits. ResumeForU is useful when you want a dedicated resume editor with previews, templates and named job versions. You can use both: check the accuracy of your draft, then add it to the builder. The core purchase does not include AI writing or human review.
It means a document designed for readable text and clear section structure. ResumeForU exports selectable-text PDFs, but extraction and screening vary by employer and software. Review the final file and any imported application fields.

Check page breaks and copied-text order before choosing. You can switch templates later.
Yes. Switch between available templates before or after payment; your content carries over automatically. You can correct your first and last name for 15 minutes after payment. After that, names lock in the editor; other content remains editable. Contact support for genuine corrections.
Yes. PDF, Word (DOCX) and TXT are all included in your core resume purchase. Follow the employer’s requested format and inspect each export separately: an editable document may not preserve the PDF layout.
Subsequent edits and PDF, Word and TXT exports are included in the $9.99 USD purchase for that resume. After the 15-minute name-correction window, your first and last names lock in the editor; you can update other content and switch available templates. Access continues while the service operates, with no scheduled expiry, per-export fees or subscription. Additional independently saved resumes are purchased separately.
No. You can build, preview and pay as a guest. We email a receipt and a seven-day claim link to your checkout email. Link expiry does not cancel your purchase; recover access by email if needed. Use the link to save the purchased resume to an account. Signing in before paying skips the claim step and gives you access across devices.
Yes. Save up to 20 named job versions inside your purchased resume, switch by restoring a version and export at no extra charge. Named versions are not automatically deleted; 20 automatic recovery points are kept separately. Each additional resume saved separately in your account needs its own purchase. One purchase covers one person; contact support about genuine name corrections or a lawful name change.
Basic import, career letters and emails, Bio Links and the rule-based resume checker are free. PDF, Word and TXT exports belong to the core purchased resume. AI or human services, if introduced, will have their own price and scope. Review all output before using it.
No. Future AI assistance, human resume reviews and consultations, if introduced, will be optional and priced separately. You will see their price and scope before choosing to buy. You will not need an add-on to keep editing or exporting your purchased resume. The core purchase has no subscription or automatic renewal.
Copying creates a separate unpaid draft; its clean exports need a separate purchase. Job versions within your purchased resume are included instead. Reset clears other content and formatting but keeps your name, purchase and named versions, and saves a recovery point first. Your public profile is disabled while its username stays reserved.
Our first reply is within two business days, Malaysia time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable Malaysian public holidays. This is a first-response commitment, not a resolution deadline. We help with payment, downloads, access recovery and genuine name corrections; free writing or a full resume review is not included.
We process resume and account data to provide and support the service, including saving, rendering and delivering your resume. Stripe handles payment card entry. Publishing a public profile makes the information shown on that profile publicly accessible. Contact support with questions about data access or deletion.
Contact support if your paid download fails, the output has a reproducible defect or a purchase is charged twice. Applicable cancellation and consumer rights remain available; immediate PDF delivery does not automatically remove them. Outside those rights, we do not offer an unconditional change-of-mind refund for a correctly supplied purchase.
